A NEW ACCESS TO THE SOUTH OF COSTA DORADA Urbanization WAS ENABLED
The opening of the new southern access to the urbanization is part of the bypass work that allows joining the 5 stages of the subdivision in a transversal way. It is a compacted road 17 meters wide.
The tasks that cover a total of 2.15 kilometers in length, are part of the opening works of a road circulation network that allows access to the COSTA DORADA Urbanization either coming from Playas Doradas through the North access or in case of circulating by RN 3 and then RP 9 enter through the southern access near the Port of Punta Colorada , in addition posters were placed indicating both entrances
Regarding the work carried out, the work carried out by local contractors, as the company's policy has been, consisted of leveling and compacting a street parallel to the Punta Colorada-Playas Doradas gas pipeline. In addition, the junction on Provincial Route No. 9 was enabled, a few meters from the entrance to the Port of Punta Colorada.
“For us it is a satisfaction to be able to advance in the enabling of the southern access, in this way we manage to communicate all the stages of the subdivision through two entrances and we give fluidity to the circulation of vehicles demanded by developments in the Punta Colorada sector ”, indicated Walter Lezcano, a reference for the TERBAY group who are developing the project.

HARD WORK IS WORKED TO COMPLETE THE POWER SUPPLY TO THE LOT
With a scheduled cut-off on October 31, tasks were carried out to complete the laying of the medium voltage line of the Third, Fourth and Fifth stages, thus completing the energy ring that will supply electricity to Costa Dorada Urbanization in its whole .
During the cut, the tensioning and connection of the line was carried out and work was carried out on the transformer substations that supply all these sectors. The works are in charge of local contractors together with our technical teams, and are supervised and coordinated by the operational area of EDERSA Sierra Grande.
The contracting firm informed that soon they will begin with the works aimed at the commissioning of this new medium voltage line, which will allow to complete the distribution of energy throughout the lot and at the same time will provide greater security to the electrical distribution that is directed to Playas Doradas .
We remember that since the beginning of this year the first two stages of the urbanization already have electricity service and as of last June, the streets have public lighting in operation at night.

COSTA DORADA PRESENTS ITS ILLUMINATED STREETS IN THE FIRST TWO STAGES
The landscape south of Playas Doradas has changed dramatically.
The COSTA DORADA Urbanization luminaires recently connected to the power line, have been turned on in the first and second stages, illuminating the streets of the sector.
The tasks were carried out by local contractors who completed the installation of the panels that command the lighting of more than 240 lights, this implied working with a reduced team attending to the sanitary protocols in coordination with the Municipality of Sierra Grande and the local branch of Edersa .
In this way we comply with the works committed in the first and second stages of the project, while simultaneously we are working on the third and fourth stages, with the aim of soon enabling the infrastructure already installed.

THE START OF 2021 HAS BEEN WITH A LOT OF ACTIVITY IN THE LOT.
The successive meetings with the corresponding areas of the Municipality of Sierra Grande , with exchanges of ideas and within the framework of our work plan, made it possible to strengthen the coincidences and reinforce the commitment that we have been demonstrating with the development of Playas Doradas.
Our efforts and actions consolidate the bond with our buyers who, year after year, join COSTA DORADA Urbanization .
It will be a year of many projects and constant work.
COSTA DORADA Urbanization is on the way to consolidate all its tourist potential, being a place of rest with a beautiful natural environment.

THE NEIGHBORS OF THE FIRST AND SECOND STAGE ALREADY HAVE LIGHT AND WATER
This week, the EDERSA Sierra Grande branch began receiving requests for home electrical service registration and residents are already installing the first light pillars.
In this way, the entire electrical distribution system of the First and Second stages of the subdivision is enabled, which is added to the drinking water network already enabled in these stages.
On the other hand, progress is being made in coordinating with the municipality of Sierra Grande the implementation of public lighting, as an important achievement for the present, and an interesting goal for the future.
For two years COSTA DORADA Urbanization has been carrying out a strong investment in the medium voltage line that, starting from Punta Colorada, feeds the subdivision and continues to Playas Doradas and in all the low voltage infrastructure, and installed public lighting.
In parallel, the Urbanization is working on the electrical distribution system for the third and fourth stages. "With these works, we continue to develop the executive project and the masterplan", highlighted the technical team in charge.
"The works in question have been completed despite the operational / administrative difficulties that have marked the pandemic and its labor protocols in the course of this year, we are convinced that in 2021 the tasks will intensify"

PROGRESS CONTINUES AFTER RESUME OF POST QUARANTINE WORK
In this very particular year 2020, crossed by the different circumstances derived from the pandemic, we have redoubled our efforts so that progress in Urbanization does not stop.
The various restrictions for development and execution of jobs first and mobility between cities, have forced our team to reschedule tasks continuously.
The electrical infrastructure has already been executed and installed in its entirety in Stage One and Two, with all the corresponding documentation required by the Comptroller Body having been delivered in a timely manner. Similarly, the water network was completed in these two stages.
Stage Three is 90% complete, waiting for the transformers to arrive at the lot for their installation and subsequent electrification.
As requested by the control agencies, the list of purchasers and new owners of the urbanization was presented ( Aguas Rionegrinas, Rentas, Edersa, Municipality of Sierra Grande ).

THE ELECTRICAL LAYING, WIRING AND LUMINAIRES WERE COMPLETED IN THE THIRD STAGE.
The works have been carried out in the 13 blocks that make up this third stage, with more than 110 posts in place, 56 concrete columns, 5,200 meters of laid cable and 119 lights.
These works, which were designed by professionals of the company, have been completed during 2020 after a forced pause in the first months due to the prevailing health situation in the country.
In this way, Costa Dorada urbanization In a joint effort with the contractor company, it managed to advance its investments while complying with the sanitary protocols and recommendations communicated by the Nation, Province and the Municipality of Sierra Grande itself.

THE MIDDLE VOLTAGE LINE AND TRANSFORMERS IN SECOND STAGE WAS INSTALLED
The tasks carried out involved working with a reduced team, following the sanitary protocols recommended by the control agencies.
The medium voltage line from Punta Colorada that feeds the lot as well as Playas Doradas was replaced again throughout the sector.
In this way, COSTA DORADA Urbanization fulfilled the works committed on the first and second stage of the project, and simultaneously the presentation and delivery of the work and all the technical documentation required by the provincial agencies providing the service was made, with the aim of soon enabling the installed infrastructure.

THE ELECTRICAL NETWORK WAS COMPLETED IN THE SECOND STAGE AND ADVANCES IN THE THIRD
From COSTA DORADA Urbanization families who have acquired lots that in these weeks the wiring and placement of lights for the Second Stage are being completed, with the connection of the medium voltage line being planned in this sector for the next few months.
Graveling and consolidation work was also carried out on the streets of the third stage in order to be delivered to the Municipality of Sierra Grande, with maintenance being in charge of them. These works include the extension of more than 300 meters of the coastal street to the south offering a new access road to Playa Las Casitas / Punta Colorada Pier.
On the other hand, the electrical materials for the Third Stage have already been purchased, once this work is completed, electrical infrastructure will be added for more than 750 lots, a similar number of plots to those that Playas Doradas has today.

WORKS IN SEVERAL WEEKS OF THE OPENING OF THE SEASON
The tasks are part of the preparations for a 2019 season that will be intense.
The proximity of summer and the novelty of the fully paved access to Playas Doradas augurs the influx of visitors in large numbers, from there they will be able to visit and get to know our lot and enjoy long days in the tranquility of Costa Dorada beach or Las Casitas beach.
The previous works also include the reopening for the third consecutive year of our office in the resort town in front of the main square and meters from Av. Buccino.
The contracting companies responsible for the work electricity and water network are progressing in the work on the first and second stage of the project, with the aim of enabling these services in the coming weeks.
In this way, Costa Dorada urbanization foresees for this 2019 season an important advance in the infrastructure of the property, where some of our buyers have already done the first work on their lots.
