ELECTRICAL WORK IN THE URBANIZATION ADVANCES AT A GOOD PACE

This is the work projected as part of the masterplan to provide the Urbanization with electrical energy, and includes the shifting of the existing medium voltage line from the old layout to one of the main streets of the development, in addition to complementary works such as the placement of more than 240 150W high pressure sodium vapor luminaires
All the purchased items were transported to Playas Doradas, awaiting the start of the work in the next few days.
The assumed commitment establishes that Urbanización Costa Dorada , through its Administrator Trustee, will supply the blocks that make up the lot with power lines and public lighting, in addition to the water network, which is projected to start in the coming months.
In his speech, the person in charge of managing the development infrastructure works mentioned that "today is an important day for the Urbanization since once this work is completed, the First and Second Stages will have the electricity supply in all their blocks".

STREETS, AVENUES AND BOULEVARES WERE CONSOLIDATED FOR THE SEASON
The contracted machine team is finishing the leveling and consolidation works of the streets and boulevards of the first and second stage of the project, with the aim of complying with the work plan outlined for this year 2016.
The tasks are part of the masterplan that proposes the subdivision of the 93-hectare property in five stages, with more than a thousand lots to offer for sale.
The proximity of summer and with it the influx of visitors in greater numbers demanded a set of works that have the purpose of adapting the streets and accesses of the new urbanization. Each of these works involves works of different magnitude according to its specific characteristics.
The works are being carried out in the six streets that run through the urbanization from north to south, on the coastal road of undeniable attractiveness and on the boulevards of forty meters in the direction of the sea of the first two stages.
These works, which were projected by professionals of the company, are part of the development program and marketing that it proposes to have for the purchase and immediate possession 250 lots of the first stage during the summer 2016/2017.
The works include the qualification and signaling of the access to the new coastal road, the aforementioned opening and leveling of the streets that make up the masterplan grid, and an improvement of the road that allows reaching the beach known as "Las Casitas".
In this way, Urbanización Costa Dorada foresees for this year an important improvement in the road infrastructure in the Punta Colorada area, offering an alternative to the already existing with new routes, which are especially important as a basis for the development of this new offer among the coastal attractions of the area.
