We are a family business created in 1965 in the city of General Roca, Province of Río Negro, Patagonia Argentina.

The city in those years was  immersed in a valley whose main resource was fruit production - livestock. In this context of green fields in the 60's is when the project arose as a business initiative. The clients collaborated from there with the growth of the firm, granting the necessary confidence quota to continue in permanent development, and marking as  objective and central axis, to provide service to the community.-

TERBAY Properties has accompanied permanently and since its inception the process of the population growing together with the people, becoming today, to be the real estate agency with more years in the field and in the exercise of the profession.

From 2008 and up  Today the company has been incorporating family members and members, with the healthy intention of adding their grandchildren in the future.

Our Real Estate Company, develops undertakings and management related to the real estate sector, incorporating in turn administrations in general, constructions; with a specific Department of Fields / Farms and Financial Technical Advice; and counting on professionals in each area, in addition to  suitable personnel in their functions.
